Canada drops one spot to 30 in FIFA men’s rankings, France moves back on top
TORONTO — Canada dropped one spot to No. 30 in the latest FIFA men’s soccer rankings released Wednesday.
Canada posted two draws at Toronto’s BMO Field since the last rankings were released in January.
The 2026 World Cup cohosts drew Iceland 2-2 on Saturday and Tunisia 0-0 on Tuesday.
Canada is the third-ranked team in the CONCACAF region covering North and Central America and the Caribbean, behind its World Cup cohosts. Mexico rose one spot to 15th, swapping places with the United States.
