Kelowna City Hall is buzzing Tuesday as residents turn out to weigh in on the future of 480 Penno Road.
Lower Mainland developer Denciti Development wants to turn about half of the Kelowna Springs golf course into industrial land, leaving the rest as a nine-hole course.
City staff set the hearing for 3 p.m., an hour earlier than usual, after a previous session on the property ran nearly five hours.
People can speak in person at council chambers or join online through Microsoft Teams.
