Following the house arrest, Kievit will be under a three-year probation order.

In July, Kievit was found guilty on one count of sexual assault that reportedly occurred in December 2021.

He also faced a second sexual assault charge stemming from another alleged incident around that same time, but was found not guilty on that count.

Kievit’s registration to practice for them College of Chiropractors of B.C. was permanently cancelled in 2023.
