Thousands of customers were without power earlier Monday afternoon, although the issue seemed to be short-lived.
The outage impacted major parts of Lake Country and the Westside northwards.
Around 8,000 customers in total were without power, although the outage was quickly dealt with.
BC Hydro says a sub station went down after 2 p.m. but things were back on around 3 p.m.
