Kelowna 6th growth city in Canada: U-Haul index

People are coming to Kelowna.

The U-Haul growth index analyzed one-way customer transactions during 2025.

It shows Kelowna surging up to number six overall as growth cities across the nation. It was 23rd a year ago, although it was ranked fourth back in 2023.

Alberta is the No. 1 growth province and Calgary is the No. 1 U-Haul Canadian growth city.
