UPDATE: Second round of tickets for The Beaches concert sold out

The Beaches concert in Vernon is sold out once again.

Sirius XM released a second round of tickets for the free Music Town concert at Kal Tire Place – North Thursday morning, but tickets were sold out within half an hour.

The first round of tickets were also snatched up almost immediately.

The show is being put on after Vernon won the title of Music Town in a nationwide voting and social media competition.

Doors for the show at Kal Tire Place open at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 27.

People who missed out on their chance to secure tickets to the free The Beaches concert will have another shot.

Vernon won the title of Sirius XM Music Town, and with that is getting a free concert by the Juno award-winning group at Kal Tire Place – North Thursday, Nov. 27.

Tickets for the event quickly sold out, but the City of Vernon said a second batch would be available online Thursday.

The tickets will be available starting at 10 a.m., and the city advised people to be ready as soon as they come out so they could secure their seats.

There is a four ticket limit per household, and tickets cannot be resold.

Doors will open for the concert at 6:30 p.m. and people were advised to arrive early as admission will be subject to capacity and seating is limited
