Vernon’s OCP public hearing pushed back to late November

The City of Vernon has pushed back the date for its Official Community Plan (OCP) public hearing.

The city said the hearing would be held at the council chambers at city hall at 5:30 p.m. Monday, November 24.

The hearing was previously scheduled for November 10, but was pushed back due to an advertising period requirement.

The event will provide members of the public to share their thoughts, recommendations, and concerns about the OCP, which is a long-term plan aimed at guiding and managing community growth.
