HVAC upgrades at city hall, RCMP detachment nearly complete

Progress has been made on work to upgrade the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems at two Vernon buildings.
A city staff report said the HVAC controls enhancements at city hall was nearly complete as of Monday, Oct. 27.
Work to upgrade the system at the RCMP detachment was underway as of time of publication, with the work at that building on schedule to be completed by late November.
The city report said the upgrades would improve the reliability of the systems at the two buildings.
