Enderby Business Walk to run Thursday

Local leaders and partners will take to the streets in Enderby to assess the local business sector.

The City of Enderby will hold its annual Business Walk from 10 a.m to 12 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, which which will see elected officials and business support organization representatives visit business owners and managers.

“The Business Walk is one of the most valuable ways for us to connect with the people who drive our local economy – our business community,” Mayor Huck Galbraith said.

“These conversations take us to the front line so that we can learn about the successes, opportunities, and barriers of local businesses, and work to connect them to supports and solutions.”

Through the Business Walks, the participants hope to gain insight into the local economy, how it’s changing, what issues it’s facing, and what opportunities are available to improve the economy and help businesses grow.
