Kelowna Airport launches $155M worth of projects

Kelowna International Airport is starting two major projects: a luxury hotel and a large parkade.

The $100 million Sutton Place Hotel Kelowna will offer guests a gym, meeting rooms, a full-service restaurant, and a lounge.

Alongside it, a $55 million parkade with 1,000 stalls will give travellers more parking, including covered spots.

The parkade opens in 2027, and the hotel in 2028.
