RCMP to host community outreach following tragic Kelowna death

Kelowna RCMP is hosting a community outreach event Thursday following the tragic death last week of Bailey Plover.

The 32-year-old Kelowna mother of two was fatally stabbed in a daylight attack in a Mill Creek Crossing parking lot near Spall Road and Enterprise Way.

She later died in hospital.

Her estranged husband, James Edward Plover, has been charged with second-degree murder.
