Cyclists reminded to lock it or lose it
The City of Kelowna and local police remind cyclists to make sure their bicycles are safely locked up as more people choose to ride for Go By Bike Week.
The city relaunched its annual Bike Valet program in downtown Kelowna on May 19.
Residents and visitors can use the program to safely store their bike for free on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 9 a.m. Starting Saturday, June 7, the service will also be available from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends.
The Bike Valet Program, which runs to August 31, is located at the intersection of Bernard Ave. and Mill St.
