REMINDER: Spallumcheen falls within two federal electoral areas

With just under two weeks left before the election, the Township of Spallumcheen reminds residents the community is split between two federal boundaries.
The north part of the community falls within the Kamloops-Shuswap-Central Rockies Electoral District, while the south is within the Vernon-Lake Country-Monashee Electoral District.
North end residents will be able to cast advance votes at Old Fellow Hall on April 18, 19, 20 and 21. Polls will open for General Voting day on April 28 at Sunbelt Arena.
For the south end residents, people will be able to vote in advance on those same early days at Desert Cove Recreation Centre. Election day voting will also be held at that location.
