Driver Error

No injuries reported after vehicle crashed into building

No one was hurt after a vehicle crashed into a building Wednesday afternoon.

Vernon North Okanagan RCMP responded to a report of a vehicle driving into a building in the 2800-block of 45th Ave. around 3 p.m. Jan. 29.

Police arrived on the scene and determined that a Toyota SUV was trying to park when it drove up onto the curb and hit the storefront. The front door and wall of the building were damaged in the collision.

No injuries were reported in the crash and RCMP determined the cause to be driver error.
