Rotary donation helped fund Paddlewheel Hall’s kitchen renovation

The kitchen at Paddlewheel Hall has been renovated.

The Kalamalka Rotary Club provided the hall with a grant of $14,000 to fund the work, which included the installation of stainless-steel countertops in the kitchen.

“It looks amazing,” Cyril Karvonen, President of the Okanagan Landing and District Community Association who owns Paddlewheel Hall and Park, including the boat launch, said in a release from Rotary.

“Through generous donations like this one we are able to make needed improvement in this historical site and building.”
