Vigil held to remember B.C. women, including one from Lumby, who were killed this year
A vigil was held in the province’s capital to honour women who were killed by men in B.C. this year, and among those being remembered was a Lumby woman who lost her life
The organization Vancouver Rape Relief and Women’s Shelter held a vigil outside the B.C. legislature in Victoria Monday, Nov. 25, to honour 16 women killed in B.C. this year, with one sign being held in the name of Tatjana Stefanski of Lumby, who died in April.
