Arrest made in Coldstream business break-in and theft

A suspect believed to be connected to an early morning break and enter and theft at a Coldstream business has been taken into custody.

Vernon North Okanagan RCMP said a glass break alarm was triggered at a business in the 9900-block of Kalamalka Road around 2 a.m. Monday, Nov. 25.

Officers arrived on the scene where they discovered the front door was smashed and that merchandise from the business was missing.

Video surveillance captured the suspect and their vehicle, and officers were able to locate the vehicle outside another Coldstream business around 3:45 a.m.
