Two seriously injured in Lake Country crash

A single-vehicle crash in Lake Country caused serious injuries to two people and disrupted traffic on Pelmewash Parkway Saturday.

The RCMP said a silver SUV with two occupants went into the ditch on Pelmewash Parkway at Cornwall Rd. at approximately 8:15 a.m. on August 3.

One occupant was taken to hospital in critical condition, while the other suffered serious but non-life-threating injuries.

Traffic was reduced to a single, alternating lane as police investigated he scene.
