A man who has been the focus of protests at the Vernon Law Courts will be back in front of a judge in August.
Curtis Sagmoen, who is facing two charges of possession of a firearm contrary to an order, appeared in Kamloops Provincial Court Monday, July 15, to fix a date for a disposition.
The B.C. Prosecution Service told Vernon Matters Sagmoen’s counsel indicated on the record that he will be back in court August 1 for the judge’s decision on the breach of orders.
Sagmoen, who was born in 1980, was under orders from past convictions of violence against sex trade workers.
