Children’s Hospital lottery includes dream homes in Vernon, Kelowna

The BC Children’s Hospital Foundation has launched it’s 2024 Dream Lottery, and two of the top prizes are homes in the Okanagan.

One of the nine grand prize homes in the annual lottery is a house located at #307 – 75 Predator Ridge.

In the Vista by Carrington Homes, the Predator Ridge home is valued at over $2.6-million.

It has a 1,179 quare foot interior with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two car parking and a golf cart stall.

The Vernon prize also includes $75,000 in cash for furniture, a 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT, a five year Predator Ridge Golf Course membership for two, and more.

Another prize home, also valued at $2.6-million, is located at Kelowna’s Trailhead at the Ponds, at 1137 Collinson Court.

It’s a 3,043 square foot home with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a double car garage, and a one bedroom, one bathroom legal suite.

This prize also includes over $50,000 in furnishings, a 2024 Audi Q4 e-tron Sportback, a 2024 Crownline 200SS, and much more.

The Dream Lottery is a fundraiser to support pediatric research initiatives at BC Children’s Hospital.
