BC Hydro says power has been restored to all the areas.

Parts of Vernon and Coldstream are without power after an outage Monday afternoon.
BC Hydro said at 2:30 p.m., about 7,200 customers were without service due to a substation fault.
Hydro said a crew was on site, with no estimate on when service could be restored.
