Project could slow traffic on Kal Lake Road

Planned work to Kalamalka Lake Road in Vernon next week could result in traffic disruptions.

City crews will be installing water, sanitary and storm service lines on a section of the road between 19th Ave. (near the Polson Mall turn-off) and Pottery Road starting as early as 5 a.m. Tuesday, July 2.

Single lane traffic will be maintained in both directions while the project is underway.

The infrastructure work is expected to be completed by 5 p.m. Friday, July 5, barring any unforeseen complications.
