Third annual Outhouse Race a go for Sunday

Loos will be streaking down the hill in Lumby this weekend.

The third annual Lumby Outhouse Race goes at noon Sunday, Jan. 21.

The event will see outhouses mounted on skis or wooden boards go for a ride down the Salmon Trail hill.

The toilets will go head to head in multiple heats to determine the fastest outhouse.

The event is free to attend, and people wishing to enter the race can apply before the end of the day Friday, Jan. 19, by emailing lumbyouthouserace@gmail.com or by calling 403-710-1069.
