Artists invited to design street banners for Enderby

The City of Enderby is calling for submissions for a street banner redesign.

Artists of all ages and backgrounds can submit their design concepts in either the ‘under 18′ or ’18 and over’ categories.

Submissions will be reviewed by a judging panel, and winners will be selected from each category based on two key points: quality and effectiveness of the design concept, and the degree to which the concept reflects the preferred thematic elements.

The thematic elements include the representation of local culture, history and heritage; representation of natural landmarks within the area; and the use of bold, contrasting colours.
