Teams needed for Lumby outhouse races

Lumby is hosting an event that everyone has “gotta go” to.

The third annual Lumby Outhouse Race will be held Sunday, Jan. 21 in the West Salmon Trail parking lot on Bessette Street.

The family-friendly event features teams of three racing outhouses using skis, sheet metal or anything else that slides well on the snow.

Two teammates push the outhouse while a third is seated “on the throne” wearing a helmet.

The entry fee is $50 per team and maximum of 20 teams can enter (see details below).
