Show homes open for Middleton Mountain development

Show homes for the “Morningview on Middleton” development on the east slope of Middleton Mountain in Coldstream will officially be opened to the public this weekend.

“We are delighted to open the doors of our beautifully designed show homes and welcome the public to experience the essence of Morningview on Middleton,” Jill Curtis, spokesperson for Morningview on Middleton, said. “The innovative and stylish homes truly exemplify the vision we had for this community.”

There will be a ribbon cutting for dignitaries on Saturday, October 21, followed by a show home opening event called “Boo, Brew and Views,” which kicks off promptly at noon.

“The event promises a wonderful day out for attendees, with tours of the exceptional showhomes, complimentary food and beverages, family-friendly activities, giveaways and a prize draw,” Curtis said.

Morningview is a view-orientated community and offers walkout, level and walk-up lots, all terraced on the side of Middleton Mountain. The lot dimensions in Morningview are new to Coldstream. They allow for deeper home layouts and usable backyards.

Morningview will be developed over three stages, and will have approximately 130 homes when built out.

Nearly half the property is dedicated to open space, playgrounds, parks and trails connecting to Middleton Mountain Park.
