Canada Day fireworks set for Enderby

The City of Enderby will be celebrating Canada Day with fireworks.

The show will begin at dusk at Riverside Park, but the city stated it should be visible through much of the community.

The official Canada Day fireworks show will be held under controlled conditions with safety measures in place, with a certified show supervisor and multiple fire apparatus and firefighters on scene.

Area residents and visitors are encouraged to take in the city’s show rather than set off their own fireworks.

The City of Enderby reminds the public that a valid permit of written approval must be obtained in order to set off fireworks within the municipality.
