A company that has made its name developing high end luxury storage units is well underway with construction at 3101, 3103 and 3107 on 45 th Avenue.

The property is the former location of Interior Auto Wreckers.

The Vaults Development Group Inc. built two facilities in Kelowna, one in Calgary, and one in Edmonton featuring heated storage for boats, cars, motor homes and motorcycles coupled with washrooms and mezzanine areas outfitted to the clients’ needs. Previous developments have featured pool tables, big screen TVs, hot tubs, bar and lounge areas and so on. The units cannot be lived in.

The development features 20 units from 1,677 square feet to over 3,300 square feet, with 17 units sold, one reserved and two units still available.
