RCMP searching for wanted man

Mounties in Salmon Arm are searching for a man wanted on a number of warrants.

Terell Scurvey is wanted for aggravated assault, mischief over $5,000 and theft of a motor vehicle.

Police say the charges stem from incidents that occurred in Salmon Arm this past September and October.

Scurvey, 24, is described as an Indigenous male standing 6-1 tall and weighing 175 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has a cross tattoo on his face and numerous neck and arm tattoos.

Scurvey is known to frequent the Salmon Arm area but also has ties to the Yukon.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Salmon Arm RCMP at 250-832-6044 or to file an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
