New development in North Vernon breaks ground

Site work has started on the latest Anderson Way project in North Vernon, across from Kal Tire.

The development called 5460 Anderson Way, features eight units for a multitude of uses, ranging from 1,912 square feet to nearly 15,000 square feet.

“5460 Anderson Way is ideal for national tenants or local companies looking for significant exposure and to capitalize on this location,” realtor Stefani Lea, with Royal LePage Kelowna said.

The available units, totaling 17,817 square feet, are constructed with pre-cast concrete insulated panels and provide up to seven individual storefronts. Each unit has 26-foot clear ceiling heights to allow for future mezzanines or second floor space.

The property is zoned CD-1 comprehensive development area. Commercial, light industrial allows for a variety of uses including: retail, warehouse sales, personal services, food uses and more.

Construction is scheduled to be completed in late 2023.
