Normally when a man wakes up his wife in the middle of night it is not well received, but in this case a Lake Country man has been more than forgiven.
William McKay aced a Lotto Max Extra win from the August 5, 2022 draw.
“I was sitting in my den checking the numbers from the night before on bclc.com,” he recalled. “My first thought was, ‘I have to wake up my wife!’” McKay said.
The Lake Country resident, who purchased his ticket from Save-On-Foods on Main Street, immediately woke up his wife to tell her the exciting news.
