Vipers upset Warriors to open BCHL playoff

Playoffs are a new season.
That’s what the Vernon Vipers have again proven after upsetting the West Kelowna Warriors 5-2 in game 1 of their best of 7 BCHL first round series.
Cam MacDonald led the Vipers with two goals while Ayden Third, Zack Tonelli and Reagan Milburn added singles to power the 6th place Vipers over the third place Warriors.
Roan Clarke made 24 saves for the win in net, beating Johnny Derrick who made 29 stops before the crowd of 1,048 at Royal Lepage Place on Friday
