The removable tip of the cap of certain bottles may come loose if pulled on, creating a choking hazard.

The affected bottles can be identified by a sticker on the bottom of the bottle, which says Code: 10-3025348; UCP: 00667888142255, Volume: 160OZ/473 ml.

As of March 22, the company has received one report of an incident in Canada, though there have been no reported injuries.

Health Canada advises people to immediately stop using the recalled bottles and return them to the store where they were purchased for a full refund.
