Vipers sign WHL goalie

The Vernon Vipers have signed a goaltender with Western Hockey League experience.

Koen MacInnes, 18, spent last season with the Saskatoon Blades of the WHL where he posted a GAA of 2.84 and a save percentage of .901 in 24 games played.

“He’s an experienced junior goaltender with great size and athleticism,” said Jason McKee, Vipers Head Coach and GM. “He has fantastic character and a welcome addition to our hockey club.”

MacInnes is expected to join his new team this week.
