Vernon Vipers announce another player signing

A defenceman from the nation’s capital is the latest player to make a committment to the Vernon Vipers.

Liam Cavan of Ottawa played last season with St. Andrew’s College of the CAHS.

The 6’0, 169 pound blueliner had 9 goals and 29 assists in 53 games played.

“Liam is a competitive player [who] can break pucks out with his smarts or his feet. He is very mobile,” said Jason McKee, head coach and GM of the Vipers.

Cavan was second in points by defenceman for his team and has a commitment to Merrimack College.
