You did it! We completed the 14-day Quarantine Workout plan provided by blogilates.com.

I did this right beside you. The workout was designed on a circuit basis with no weights and home friendly. I found this plan to be a good start to a solid fitness foundation. If you’re someone who didn’t go to the gym before this quarantine and were waiting for the nicer weather to start before you started to workout, this is perfect for you.

You can make these workouts as hard or as easy as you would like. It features simple exercises that you can modify or add to. Play around with this plan for the next two weeks as you can repeat this process while you are in self-isolation. You’ll find yourself ready for the gym once the pandemic has passed.
