Quarantine Workout Day 13: Toned-Unlike-Toilet-Paper Total Body

This total body has all of the best exercises that will make you fall in love with working out again. I know it’s hard to get that motivation switched on when you are self-isolating, but I swear to you that this workout will get you pumped. Not like you need to be pumped for anything, but it gets those happy endorphins flowing and I think that’s something we all need right now.

Don’t be afraid to go all out with this one because tomorrow is all about recovery before we start again!

Get outside if you can, turn the music up, dance it out and then get to work.
