Vipers Come Up Short in OT…Down 2-0 in Series

In BCHL playoff action last night, the Vernon Vipers once again found themselves in an overtime situation… however losing this one 5-4 to Trial and falling behind 2 games to none in the second round.  Vernon’s Michael Young would go 2 and 1 on the night for Third Star.

Games 3 and 4 go Tuesday and Wednesday in Trail and we’ll have all the Mr. Mikes Casual Vipers play by play action with Graham Turnbull.

In WHL play both the Rockets and Kamloops won last night, so that means they will meet in Kamloops on Tuesday for a tiebreaker game.

That is to determine the final playoff berth in the WHL’s B.C. Division and Western Conference.
