Cents Defeat Vipers in OT

In BCHL action last night the Vernon Vipers and Merritt Centennials traded goals back and forth and when it couldn’t be decided in regulation time…it was overtime.

Merritt`s Nick Granowicz would get his second of the night to win it for the Centennials and First Star.  Vernon`s Matt Kowalski went 1 and 1 earning Second Star.  Next up the Vipers…travel to Surrey on Tuesday.

In WHL action the Kelowna Rockets dropped a 4-3 decision to the Blazers in Kamloops.

KIJHL action saw the North Okanagan Knights on the road shut out by the 100 Mile House Wranglers 7-0.
