Vipers Earn Shut Out Over Trail

Last night in the BCHL a low scoring affair at Kal Tire Place saw the Vipers shut out the Trail Smoke Eaters 1-0.
Aiden Porter turned away 23 shots earning First Star with the shut out, …Jesse Lansdell secured Third Star scoring Vernon’s only goal early in the 3rd.

In the KIJHL the North Okanagan Knights lost on the road 6-5 to the Chase Heat.  Jordan Smith would score twice for the Knights in the loss.

In WHL play the Everett Silvertips edged out the visiting Kelowna Rockets 2-1.

Kelowna was out-shot 42-18 in that game earning goalie James Porter Second Star.
