Sun Pull Out Late Win Over Amped up Broncos

The winless Kamloops Broncos went into the unfriendly confines of the Apple Bowl yesterday to meet the Division leaders Okanagan Sun…loaded up with confidence.

The 0-8 Broncos defense ramped up their game and kept it close right to the last minutes of the game…but then the Sun opened up with 10 quick points to win it 18-10.

The 6 and 2 Sun just need a win or tie in their season finale next Saturday against the 3 and 5 Westshore Rebels to nail down a first place finish and home field advantage.
