Vipers Exhibition Game a Rubber Match…Puck Rubber

The Vipers got their first taste of full contact pre-season play last night dropping the Merritt Centennials 3-1 in Merritt. All the goals came in the 3rd. period, but not for a lack of shots on goal.

Both goaltenders were peppered with rubber all night seeing the Centennials out-shoot the Vipers 47-32.

These two teams meet again tonight in Vernon, game time 6.
