In BCHL action last night the Vernon Vipers…it took 2 periods of no scoring, but 4 unanswered goals in the 3rd. and the Vipers shut out the Salmon Arm Silverbacks on the road 4-0.
Ty Taylor nailed down First Star for the shut-out and Jesse Lansdell earned Second Star going 1 and 1 on the night.
These two teams complete a home and home series tonight at Kal Tire Place. We’ll have BDM Motorsports Vipers play by play with Graham Turnbull beginning with the pre-game show at 5:45.
In WHL action last night, Kole Lind popped in the first 3 goals of the game and that was enough for the Kelowna Rockets to shut out the Kamloops Blazers in Kamloops 3-0. Lind earned First Star for his performance.James Porter in the Rockets net earned Second Star for the shut-out. Nolan Foote’s 2 assists was good enough for Third Star
