Coquihalla…One– Big– Long– Mess

This from Drive BC…a travel advisory has been issued for the entire Coquihalla Highway.

Heavy snowfall from Merritt to Kamloops, and Hope to Merritt is expected today through Friday, producing limited visibility due to heavy snow.

A caller to Beach Radio News indicates some sort of traffic snarl affecting the Northbound lanes near the Great Bear snowshed…that they have been moving at a snail’s pace for over an hour.

Travelers are advised to exercise caution, be prepared for potential delays, and consider alternate routes.
