Three Found Dead In Home

The RCMP Serious Crime Unit is on the scene of a suspicious death case involving three people at a residence in Rutland.

Police say the deceased people were found in a home around 5 pm Tuesday, but they are not saying where.

“Kelowna RCMP were called to a residence in the Rutland area of Kelowna and upon attending police located three deceased individuals,” says Cst. Lesley Smith. “The deaths appear to be suspicious and therefore the Kelowna Serious Crime Unit was called to investigate.”

Police have one male in custody, and say they are early in their investigation, with no other details being released at this point.
