A popular Vernon restaurant will be shutting down before the new year.

Little Tex on 29th Street has announced on Facebook, they will be closing their doors December 30th after 27 years in business.

The owners say they have been unable to sell the business to have someone carry on the tradition.

“We want to thank from the bottom of our heart all of our customers for their patronage over the years,” says the posting.

The business owner was not available when contacted for comment by Beach Radio News.
