Fatalities In Amtrak Crash Near Seattle

At least six people are dead in the crash of a high-speed Amtrak train in Washington State.

The Crash occurred this morning in the city of Dupont, about 80 kilometres southwest of Seattle.

Then Peirce County Sheriff`s office says the train was heading south on a run from Seattle to Portland when it derailed on an overpass of Interstate 5.

Some of the passenger cars spilled onto the highway while other fell into wood next to the tracks.

Dozens of people have been taken to hospital., some of them, motorists.
