Club Lands Regional Championships

The Vernon Figure Skating Club will host the 2018 Okanagan Region Figure Skating Championships Feb. 16 to 18 at Kal Tire Place.

Up to 400 skaters are expected to take part, from the Okanagan and regions including Kamloops, Golden and Revelstoke.

“The organizing committee is extremely excited for this opportunity since the club has not hosted a competitive event in 15 years,” says Brandy Marshall, club spokesperson. “Committee members have been working hard to ensure the event is successful.”

The three day event will be free for spectators.
