Vipers Acquire Player As Camp Open

The Vernon Vipers start their training camp today at Kal Tire Place.

The team will hold its first scrimmage from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Kal Tire Place.

As camp starts, the Vipers have announced the acquisition of 19 year old forward Finn Evans from the St. Michaels Buzzers of the OJHL in exchange for future considerations.

Last season Evans had 22 goals and 54 points in 46 games as well as 9 points in 7 playoff games.

The Toronto product has already secured a scholarship to Princeton University for next season.
