VSS Senior Panthers in Double ‘A’ Provincial Finals

The VSS Panthers Senior Varsity football team has advanced to the Double A Subway Bowl Provincial finals with a 21-7 victory over the Hugh Boyd Trojans of Richmond.

The Panthers scored touchdowns on their first two possessions then stood tall on defense with 2 interceptions, one for a touchdown, by Bradley Haladik in the forth quarter.

The Panthers are the first Interior team in 20 years to make it to the provincial finals and will play the Seaquam Seahawks of Delta in next Saturday’s final at B.C. Place.
